Fantastic
Right outside piccadilly and perfect base to stay the wknd, soundproof and very well equipped. Great for a wknd in Manchester clean, tidy and spot on all around
Lift took ages too many floors( only 2 lifts to 7 floors) always busy. Luckily only on 1st floor, so easy to come down stairs and up if got board of waiting. Windows don't open but aircon so not drastic

Great location, huge amount of space and value for money
We were given a really spacious apartment for three people with a double room with ensuite, separate twin room and a separate bathroom with a bath. There were also single sofa beds in the lounge and a well equipped kitchenette. Really comfortable and a fantastic location, it’s practically on top of Manchester Picadilly station and walking distance to Northern Quarter and good night spots.
It’s a minor thing as the apartment was clean and smell-free but the hallways smelt terrible! Like really strong aftershave mixed with carpet cleaner. But I reiterate that this was certainly not the case in the apartment and so we just tried to hold our breath walking up!
